I received a phone call out of the blue on my mobile from someone at V.I.P. Carpet Cleaning offering their services.I have NEVER used V.I.P cleaning services, EVER. But the fact the person on the phone knew my full name and my number did not impress me.Out of principle, I will never use a company that resorts to such tactics.You want business? This tactic has the complete opposite effect on me, I’ll make sure I never use your company now.
