Elite HP has helped me greatly with my back and neck problems. I have been seeing Alex for physio and Sharna for remedial massage. The combination of both treatments has helped keep on top of my chronic pain. Would 100% recommend!

Everytime I visit, the girls at reception are super welcoming, the communications of my appointments and mindfulness to set my appointments never misses a beat and the service I have received from Creagh has been nothing short of dedicated hard work and an enthusiastic approach to my care.To add to this, I have made some referrals to their business and the feedback I've received from others, is also very good!

The Team at Elite Health and Performance are incredible. I have been seeing Ling and Sharna and very happy with the results. My ongoing sports injury, that I was trying to treat for over a year with other specialists from other clinics, was resolved within few sessions! I couldn’t believe how efficient and effective my the rehab plan was.Highly recommend the Team at Elite if you are suffering from any type of injury!

Highly recommend the team at Elite HP. Individualised treatment with the aim of both decreasing pain in the short term, but working towards full function and rehabilitation for the long term. The reception staff are also wonderful and accommodating.

I have always struggled with knee pain but thought that resting it and doing certain exercises would be enough to manage it on my own. After a recent injury, my friend forced me to see a physio and recommended the team at Elite HP. From the moment I had my first session, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in great hands.
