If it were possible to give a 0 I would. We I picked up the dress the hem was completely askew. When i asked for a refund the manager refused to talk to me or even apologise. They just ignored me from behind the counter

I asked for a simple shortening and they’ve ruined my dress, refused to admit any wrongdoing or to refund for the alteration (or the dress for that matter), and the owner raised his hand and his voice on me. Don’t go.

Please do not go here. If I could give it no stars I would.I went into the shop to get a jumpsuit taken up and changed into a dress I paid for it and collected it a few days later. When I went home I realised after I took it out of the bag they only took it up and didn't make it into a dress like I originally requested and paid for. I Should have looked before leaving but stupid me! I went back into the business and explained to that was not what I had wanted and then he proceeded to be rude and tell me I didn't ask for this and that he did the job. He would only do the job if I paid more money for it! When I said I shouldn't have pay extra when he didn't do the job correctly in the first place he pushed my garment away and put his hands in the air and then he walked away. He would not even listen to me and started shouting. I spoke in a calm and professional manner and he kept shewing me out the door, shouting that I had to pay extra and would not listen. I have never in my rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was shaking from my experience such an ignorant man!

Really friendly staff here and they completed my alteration within hours. Wasn’t expecting this as I’d asked for a large set of curtains to be shortened however they were ready the same day. Price was fair as well, a lot more reasonable than others.

I went to Singh Smart to have a winter overcoat resized. When I went to collect it, I realised that the pocket lining was torn. When I asked for this to be repaired, the lovely Vietnamese man who was serving me (I do not think he was the owner) refused to charge me for this. This was great service and has definitely earned my loyalty!

I visited them on suggestion of my mother in law. I wanted to alter my saree for an event. I just gave an idea to their super talented tailor about what I actually wanted to change. They were very polite and humble. I was highly satisfied with the alteration of my saree.
