The Cheesecake Shop

Purchased the strawberry cheesecake for my sons birthday like we’ve done for years and years. It’s gradually changed over the years but this year the usually very high pale pink cheesecake with fresh strawberries on top was about two maybe two and a half centimetres high, off white with some sort of jam on the bade and not a strawberry to be seen. Very disappointed. With the options available these days you’d think they up their game not fail miserably. Sorry cheesecake shop, you’ve lost us. 28 birthdays and numerous other occasions every year for our large ever growing family will need to be purchased from one of the many other more appealing shops in Mornington.

I didn't catch her name but the staff in mornington on Tuesday the 2nd of November where above and beyond beautiful and amazing!My partner and I didn't realise they opened later on a public holiday but the staff noticed us and where so accommodating and wonderful on such a busy day like today.There was a small wait on the pavs so we paid for it, did some grocery shopping and waited in the car park for them to open properly.The staff noticed us in our car and came out to deliver it to us!Absolutely in aww of how lovely these people are!If I could rate them higher I would! 12/10 never cooking again!

I have a large family and we always order our special occasion cakes from this store. Everyone always compliments how nice, moist and delicious the cakes are! We have made to order mud cakes in either white choc, marble choc or chocolate and they never disappoint. Any left overs we divide up and freeze and nothing ever goes to waste. Good value and prices are very good also. Highly recommend this store

Outstanding costumer service and delicious cake! Lakshani and her team went above and beyond to organise our gender reveal cake quickly during peak season and delivered a yummy cake, decorated so beautifully! Highly recommend for any occasion.

Staff member was extremely friendly when I came to pick up my purchase. They were out of the size of cake I ordered so they upgraded it for free

Lucky makes the most INCREDIBLE CAKES!!!!!! Scrumptious and fabulous. I have come to Mornington store for my children’s custom cakes with inspiration photos and both cakes have looked better than I could have hoped. AND TASTED AMAZING! Customer service also 10/10

The staff members are so friendly and helpful. I purchased a fruit flan from the shop. It was so light and yummy. The whole family loved it. Highly recommend it
