Gabby is amazing! Attended the clinic today, and I have had the privilege of her treating me 3 times now for my laser sessions..Unbelievably amazing at what she does..Extremely thorough with what I paid for..others skim over, rush, miss parts due to being under pressure.. but Gabby is amazing! VERY respectful, lovely and chatty which makes the whole experience comfortable and less awkward..Highly recommend seeing Gabby for any treatments.. she is a massive asset to this clinic.. and I hope she is there in the NY for my further treatments! Thanks so much

We have been going here for almost 2 years until recently they lasered over my daughters tattoo. It was a very traumatic experience for her. The technician obviously didn’t pay attention to what she was doing !! Not a nice experience at all, it was negligence on the technicians part. They should be trained to always check for tattoos before starting the lasering process!

Attended Laser Clinics Joondalup today for cosmetic injections. I showed up to my appointment 20 minutes early and the nurse started the appointment early. Unfortunately I vomited during the appointment even though I have had injections plenty of times in the past. I was very embarrassed but the nurse was so lovely and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. She spent the extra time with me since the appointment started early just to make sure I was okay. She even cuddled my little boy who was crying while I wasn’t feeling well.A very caring and lovely nurse (I wish I asked for her name). I would highly recommend her and will definitely be going back to see her for future appointments.

I stopped doing laser because I felt like nobody was doing it properly UNTIL I met Gabby , she is amazing at her job … she cares unlike others . I have been doing laser for the last 8 years and iv never met anyone like Gabby , the experience that I had with Gabby has been like no other and made me to get more packages for my laser and il only be going for her ❤️

Had an appointment booked for myself and my daughter, confirmed all the confirmation messages and emails. Both for the same time, as requested. The brunette at the front counter, was rude, unprofessional and didn’t listen to a word I said when I asked her to make my daughter a profile as she didn’t have one so I could prepay her sessions in, She then proceeded to cancelled my appointment after telling me to sit and wait, they shouldn’t be much longer for my consult, After waiting half an hour I was advised that I didn’t have an appointment, all therapists had a meeting at the counter in front of me & other clients, then they stated they could fit me in 15min, they expected me to wait 45min for a quick consult that was pre booked weeks in advanced. Coming from the same industry, definitely could have been handled a little more professionally!The therapist that did my daughters treatment was lovely, and professional however the others need retraining!

I attend laser clinics for botox and lip filler, and had the pleasure of receiving my treatment from the lovely cosmetic nurse Paige. Paige’s knowledge, reassurance and professionalism made me feel less anxious for my treatment. Paige took the time to discuss my treatment with me, offering her advice and professional opinion, to ensure I left the clinic with lips I loved and botox that was going to have the desired effect. The treatment was near on pain free with Paige’s gentle approach. This made my whole experience at Laser Clinics a very comfortable and enjoyable.I have never been happier with my lips and botox, and look forward to visiting Paige again.

The ladies at Joondalup provide an excellent professional service. They make you feel very comfortable with every treatment. I've had fantastic results from Laser Hair Removal and when I had Botox, Paige explained the procedure, how it works, possible side effects in great detail, which made me feel at ease and confident. Paige is amazing and knowledgeable as are all the technicians here.Excellent job ladies xx

I saw nurse paige for botox and she was amazing. She advised of the areas for best result without being overboard and those that would be fitting with my natural features. She made me feel confident from the beginning of the consult and I felt even more confident after our 2 week check up. From a mother of 3 in her almost 40s I can say with confidence Paige has done an amazing job of making me feel youthful and confident without pushing the boundaries...and because of that I can't wait to come back and have further treatments at the joondalup clinic. Thank you Paige!!!!

I find the staff very informative & caringThe Laser hair removal is an absolute game changer, my skin always feels amazing after a facial & the LED light. It was a lovely experience, I ended up accidentally booking the wrong laser appointment and the girls at the front desk were very friendly and were able to squeeze me in after such short notice. The girls were very professional listening to all my qualms and reassuring me after answering all my questions. I feel very assured and comfortable at Joondalup laser skin clinics and will be returning in the future :)
