I always go here for threading my brows or any treatment with my lashes and brows. I don’t trust anyone else! The ladies a beautiful and understanding of the amount of sneezing breaks I need! Thanks ladies

Had a really bad experience had my eyebrows waxed. Walked in to ask if I could have my eyebrows waxed she was sitting behind the desk on her phone and continued to talk on the phone whilst I was asking questions. Got to the seat to proceed to get them waxed She used that much wax it could of waxed two other peoples brows with the amount she put on she put the wax on my eyelid not my actual eyebrows i had wax still left all over my forehead and in my hair. It’s now a day later I have red dark spots all under my eyebrows. on my eyelids and on the top of my eyebrows and a bruise on the left under my eyebrowDate of waxing 27/7/22 kotara WestfieldsNEVER AGAIN. don’t go here.

Such an amazing outcome on my brows each time! Couldn’t recommend The Beauty Brow Parlour at Kotara more. Staff are very friendly and accommodating too.

I had my eyebrows waxed on 20/5 and am absolutely appalled my the service I received. My friend and I both had our eyebrows done and had a horrible experience. The worker there was unfriendly and rude and did a horrendous job of waxing my eyebrows. She got wax in my hair and when she tried to take off the wax it would rip and come off in small bits instead of all at once. Worst of all is she waxed my EYELIDS right near my eyelashes. I have a big red painful mark on my right eyelid and cannot understand why she put the wax down so far on such a sensitive area. I’m extremely worried about an infection. After she was done she took a cotton pad and aggressively wiped my face with it to get off remaining wax. It was a horrible experience and I will never be going back. The worker also waxed my friends eyelids as well and left wax on her face. I am extremely upset and disappointed.
