Ibrows Experts - Macquarie Shopping Centre

I've been going to this place for my eyebrows since 2019 and they've always done a very exceptional job until now. They've hired someone new who obviously has no idea what she's doing. On her first attempt she made my eyebrows thick, misshapen and uneven. When I asked her to thin out the eyebrows, I ended up with one eyebrow with an arch and the other eyebrow with the tail almost all threaded off.

I've been here 4 or 5 times lately for eyebrow threading and I have been enjoying them so far. The same lady has been doing my eyebrows since I've been coming here and she is quite good at shaping and getting the right thickness to my liking.I have tried face threading here once but I would not do it again as I was left with small skin cuts on my chin and jaw which healed in a week or so. However, it was my first time having my face threaded and I also have a lot of facial hair that is also quite thick.Overall I am always satisfied with the service here, it is very affordable and I will continue to come here for the eyebrow threading service.

I frequently come here to get my eyebrows threaded and they generally do a very good job. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my eyebrows this time, but she did an AMAZING job!!Whoever worked on Wednesday 17/8 did the best eyebrow job I've had at this place. She was very careful and really took the time to make sure it was a very clean. Would recommend!

I had done my eyebrows week before and the girl who did my threading she didn’t clean my face after done with threading i have to clean myself and the girl straight away went to counter to charge me. No communication no emotion was like dumb and dull. How can they hire such unprofessional staff.

I went as a walk-in customer there at the first time. But I really like the people there they are friendly and now they know what I want which I like the most about this place.Thank you so much for the great service. Appreciated.

Exceptional eyebrow threading! My brows needed HELP and Ibrows was able to save them. I appreciated the time and attention to detail that was taken. If I wasn’t just here on holiday, I’d be a regular customer.

She did a good job shaping but she threaded between my eyebrows on accident and it gave me a rope burn which has not gotten better after 3 days. Hoping it doesn't leave a permanent scar between my eyebrows.

I am a very Regular customer over here. This place used to be my all time go to place for eyebrows since past 4 years.But today (4/4/23) was the worst experience ever. The eyebrow artist was inexperienced and didn’t know her job. She spoiled my Eyebrows so bad that it’s beyond repair. She was absolutely disinterested in doing her job but was more interested in chatting. She didn’t even ask me once about how I wanted my eyebrows nor showed me the mirror even once to take my feedback during all the process.And when I looked in the mirror I had 1 half shaved eyebrow and other weirdly shaped eyebrow to which she stated that she was following what I said. I was like did you even ask me what I wanted? I mean what have you done?After all the damage was done i was charged $50 for this.To be honest, this was the very worst experience. The eyebrow artist was absolutely unprofessional and rude.Highly disappointed.I will never recommend this to anyone else.There was an Indian lady over there she was the best eyebrow artist. Dear manager, please if you want to save your business, get her back. She was actually the best. This new one definitely requires more practical teaching than just YouTube learning lessons before she ruins anymore eyebrows.
