Mantra Traralgon

So on reaching there our room's air-conditioning was not working and the bar fridge. When we brought up this issue to the front desk they immediately changed our room. Gave us a differently priced room and returned our excess charge of our previous room. The hotel is clean and the staff is accommodating. Its centrally located from alot of other places.

very nice rooms! we’ve got a bigger one, it was super clean and the beds were sooooo comfy. the bar in the lobby is nice.

Rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is outstanding. Nice that you can use Chromecast instead of having to pay for a limited range of films. The shower is also quite large, and so is the toilet space, which would be ideal for larger persons.Some negatives- bed is a bit too soft and pillows were quite hard. Air conditioner never really felt like it was doing much.

Great rooms, well laid out apartment, good colour schemes. The rooms are really dark at night, just as I like it, with no sleep distracting lights. Beds are comfortable with a range of pillows being available.Good kitchen with plenty of appliances available for a longer family stay, although I could only find 2 dinner plates, pretty sure you could request more if needed.Coffee machine and pods available, so much better than instant coffee rubbish.In a great location close to the CBDBreakfast at the Butter Factory was excellent.No complaints and no reason to look anywhere else on future visits.

Unfortunately consistent poor and slow service has left me disappointed with my stay here. Bar and restaurant staff in particular were unprofessional. Staff member wandering around the venue with alcohol - including going behind the bar to pour his own drinks - was a bad look.

I can't fault this hotel whatsoever, the check-in and checkout process were really easy, the reception staff were helpful and informative and the room was clean had all modern furniture and amenities and the hotel is in a great location central to Traralgon CBD. Would stay here again for sure ☺️

Just spent 3 wonderful nights at the Mantra, got a lovely surprise when I arrived as my room was upgraded to apartment which included jacuzzi, kitchen. So comfy to lounge around, bed was amazingly comfortable and big, was on the 4th floor so didn’t get any noise as such. Hotel was stunningly clean and modern, food was top quality. Only disappointment was wanted to book 2 extra nights but they were fully bookedStaff were polite, friendly, smart in dress code and very helpfulI had a wonderful stay and will definitely rebook if I ever return to Traraglon. After a poor experience in the Mantra on View on the Gold Coast, I was wary of this hotel. However it is a newly built hotel, and it shows in the standard of room, room service, dining and minibar. Plenty of parking too.

Really nice and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious and modern. Staff are friendly and professional really enjoyed my brief stay while passing through. I had dinner downstairs at the butter factory which was also great and great service.
