Last minute decision (12 year old has never been trimmed) Front counter staff, excellent! Hairdresser cutting our daughters hair was pretty special, Our daughter was stoked! We all had a great laugh & chat. Great age selection of professional Hairdressers, for all ages of customers. We were super impressed, Shall return.All the best ladies & gentlemen of a professional staff.

Annette did the most incredible job with my hair — as always! She has so much experience so I always feel confident in knowing my hair will come out amazing. I couldn’t be happier with my blonder hair!

I visited this business half a dozen times for roots colour only and had my hair trimmed twice. On the 2nd visit for a trim, I requested to again combine the roots (only) and hair trim. Little did I realise until a customer next to me queried the cost, that to have 2 services combined I was paying an EXTRA $20, whereas if I'd had the roots done then came back 5 minutes later as a walk in, I'd have saved myself $20, which I find a little unfair as a returning customer. However this wasn't just the issue. My trim took 5 minutes, then a few extra to dry off (the front only) and I wasn't shown the back, so it wasn't until I was home and was told that the back was very uneven. I advised the salon the next morning and was asked to return, however I don't live near the salon and due to plans, I had to seek out the services on a local salon to fix the problem. I sent photos to JT's to show how uneven the cut was, I was in turn told that it was just how my hair sat. I have had my hair cut many times over my 'life' and the hairdresser who fixed my hair the next day had it sorted and looking great. A trim on JT's website states it's $32, I was charged (twice) $50 (for 5 minutes of work) plus then had to pay extra to fix the mess. No offer of compensation or a return of the $20 extra charged was offered. Lovely staff and we all have bad days, but a mistake is a mistake. I requested for the owner to contact me but I didn't.

Went in to have my hair cleaned up & evened out from a previous cut. Paid $95 to have chunky, jagged layers" cut in. On leaving

I have used Jts for many years and been happy with the result but today I was disappointed. Half head foils asked for blonde and said I wanted exactly what I got last time, its nothing like it. She over toned it and then they tried to fix it but still not the same. Should be able to deliver exactly what the customer wants, not do what you think looks best. Will not be back.

Not good. Don't believe the staff member had any training or previous experience, worrying when they liken cutting hair to mowing lawn. Got out of there without asking for the haircut to be completed to limit the damage that I forked out $40 for. Have been a regular client here for years but will not be returning.

Just got a haircut done by Warren, it was a great experience and he is a really lovely hairdresser. My hair was really over due for a haircut and I love the end result. Thank you Warren!
