Power bill is now down to $30-$40/month...

Everything worked smoothly and when it was supposed to. I was kept in the loop and knew exactly where it was up to at all times.

SPS Mudgee have just completed my solar system in Dubbo.What a superb company to deal with from first contact to last. The pre order phase was refreshing with no high pressure sales but just handled sensibly with sufficient detail to fully understand what systems were available and the pros and cons of each.We placed our order and just over 1 week later a text message offering the next day for installation. The following morning a phone call to tell us the team was on their way. They arrived on time and it was obvious that they were a well led team that new what needed doing and got on with it.Installation was completed by mid afternoon but unfortunately commissioning couldn't be carried out as we had a power outage at that time.Commissioning was carried out 2 days later by the director and owner of the company who flew into Dubbo to carry this out.At all times I was kept in the picture by Kelsie who was a mine of information and steered me through the paperwork side doing most of the various applications etc. herself.In summary a great team and very professional.

SPS installed solar panels on business premises. The staff were helpful, friendly and made the installation and transition seamless. Staff followed up and assisted after their part of the process done to make sure smart meter and connection all done corrreclty and in a timely manner ( not their job but they did it anyway). I would recommend SPS to others who are looking to install solar to their building.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from the SPS crew. They took time to listen to my needs and what I hoped to achieve from a roof top solar installation. They prepared three different of options for me and once I'd committed to the installation, they managed every aspect of the install and commissioning of my 8.8 kWh system.The team at SPS solar managed the government rebates, system inspection, grid connection and kept me informed along the way. The installation crew were efficient and professional. A very professional organisation that supplies quality product. From the initial quote to completion, Steve and his team ticked all the boxes.The very organised installation team, not only repositioned my original 3Kw system, but had the new 6.9Kw system installed in no time. All working perfectly, and now the power retailer owes us money!...and then, we get follow up emails and phone calls from the courteous office staff to ensure everything is working well, and to assist further should we have any issues or questions.I would absoloutely recommend SPS Mudgee to any one considering a solar installation or upgrade. Fast efficient and reliable, I’ve had a few teething issues with my solar however the way the team have handled my issues has been amazing. Especially when I’m 40ks out of town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get solar put on . JustGot my first bill went from 1250 per 1/4 down to 300 can’t complain at all :)
