I went to this salon with my sister and was with the stylist Corie and she honestly was so welcoming and so helpful with recommendations. She did an amazing job with my sisters hair and I will definitely be returning to see her for my hair. The salon was so clean and the service was amazing I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a good job. Thank you corie for your amazing service !!!

I was a little apprehensive going back to Christiane's after a bad experience but I explained my situation and Corie did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on my hair to colour my correct. She has a fun personality that made the appointment go quick.

I went to this hair dressing with high hopes given the reviews of this place, however, I walked out disappointed. I asked for a balayage with a specific light brown, I didn't ask for a trim or hair styling so I believed my request was simple. When finishing my hair looked terrible! It did NOT look like what I asked, it looked rush and unprofessional. The colour looked yellow and required a lot of toning. The price would've been reasonable had they coloured my hair to what I asked, or at least similar. Will not be going back and highly do not recommend.

Very bad service. Booked appointment and on getting there said nothing booked and come back in 4 hrs. Staff don’t know their own phone number

mariana was so lovely she took time to really understand what I wanted I felt pampered ans was so happy with the result thanks mariana!!!!

I took my elderly in-laws there today for a much needed tidy up. I believe the girl who looked after them was Jess. She couldn't have been more delightful to them. They were still talking about how lovely she was hours later. Thank you for being so patient & making them feel so good.

I had mine and my daughters hair done by Britney and couldn’t speak highly enough, she done an awesome job and went above and beyond! We will definitely both be back. Thanks so much.

Customer service area needing improvements. Phone service today unprofessional, called to confirm my appt for tomorrow, answered by Brittany who placed me on hold as she checked my details Next minute another female came on line, did not introduce herself and said 'Hi, your speaking to someone else and giggled' I had to ask her for her name which she did and confirmed my appt was with her. I chose to cancel my appt and walk away from this service. Not only is doing hair important, but customer service is just as important if not more important. This is what will bring customers in . Food for thought to assist in improving your business to flourish.

Decided to go here to get my hair done and the lady corie who did my hair did an amazing job, I love my new hair and will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this salon all the ladies there were polite
