Great little store super friendly staff

Some staff, need to be trained about customer service, I'm living around this areas and used to go in average once a week to get stuff needed, a few weeks ago, one of staff behaviour left me shocked, my little daughter was sitting on the trolley eating some candy, some falls on floor and I wasn't aware of it, she came to me and she looked upset, I apologise and asked my other daughter to grab it, when we went to the cash register , I see her following us to see if we were stealing something. Since then , I have decided to not comeback again.When it comes to hire staff do not thing about how to reduce cost, thing about how to find the qualified staff those will double your profit.Thank you
