Worst HJ’s!Spent 40 mins waiting in drive thru, guy at speaker initially got order wrong. Fixed that.Finally got up to collection window, guy there nearly gave us the wrong order. Fixed that.All told 45mins to get sub par food. No apology from staff at collection who happened to be a manager also.Save your money, go to KFC next door

At just after 7am this morning (Sunday and no other cars in drive through - so not busy...), I ordered the Jacks 'big' breakfast which is supposed to be sausage muffin, cheese, egg and double bacon which I paid for but only received sausage, egg and cheese (no double bacon - or any bacon for that fact) - but still paid the full price. Attention to detail NOT - can't even blame that this was a busy time. Not impressed, if you pay for something, you should receive what you pay for.

Went through drive-thru to purchase our orders; specifically asked for No ketchup/tomato sauce on my burger. The waiting time was excessively long; when we got our orders I checked all packaging and my burger was marked as no ketchup. Got home and was ready to eat and there was ketchup on the burger. Not happy! Burger wasted.

I went there doing DoorDash and the lady who was saving ignored me when i said good morning. I wanted to ask her of the order I was waiting for and ended up not asking as I tried many times to talk to her as she ignored me.

I was told to wait in the waiting bay, I waited 45 minutes, came into the restaurant only to be told they couldn’t find me,?and then had to wait another 10 minutes why they recooked my order.I know it is only young people work in these type of outlets, and they try their best, but that type of service and dedication to your task at hand is disappointing to say the least.I will never visit this store again, and if responsive service is what you are after, give this place a miss

This photo doesn't capture the real atmosphere at it's fullest. The joint was empty with only a couple of other customers, yet all staff members were behind the counter (mind you the all looked 15 and no supervisor on the floor). They were busy chatting, joking around, eating and drinking in full view of us. I didn't pay much attention to it however when we came to sit and enjoy our meal, there were hardly any clean tables, some with melted ice-cream dripping on the floor. Floors were full of rubbish and food and all bins were full to the brim. We had to leave our rubbish on the table due to not being able to put them in the bins. The playground too had rubbish everywhere and my daughter couldn't enjoy the equipment. All it takes is for a couple of them to every now and then go out and check the condition of the seating and dining area. Very disappointed

ugh, i never get burger take away, ever, so I thought id try,..... soggy meal, got the order wrong, ( i should have checked before i got home). Just reminds me as to why I don't go to these places. Service was fast & polite though. Get some experienced older managers in here to lift up your game guys

They always forget the sauce, yet we still have to pay extra for sauce. The food is usually decent and they're normally quick, it's just the sauce is always missing, whether ordered in person or uber eats.
