Sam was super helpful. I went in to discuss buying a new phone and left with a new battery for my current phone, which was something I hadn't considered. Two weeks later I am so please I didn't buy a new phone as the new battery has solved all my problems. Thank you Sam!

Cant recommend these guys highly enough. Even though id bought my phone elsewhere, Sam gave me over an hour of his own time to help sort out why my new iPhone wasnt working properly. They were so generous and lovely and went out of their way to give great service with nothing in it for them....thank you again so much to both of you.
