Came to KFC woodbine for dinner. Was absolutely packed but order came out quickly and was fresh and hot. Everyone was under the pump but they got my order right and was well done. Not common in kfc! Credit where credit is due! Well done!

I recently went to this KFC and found that the 3 staff on the other side of the counter extremely slow, bored and inattentive. I ordered the new $6.95 deal involving nuggets, chips and popcorn chicken as well as large chips and 3 hot and crispy. I was told that there wasn't any nuggets and will add more popcorn chicken instead after I refused them using mashies as a replacement. I was at the counter for a good 20 minutes as all 3 staff stood facing away from me, barely moving and when one put the hot and crispy on their counter, I asked for it only to get a look of incomprehension where I had to remind the staff that I had ordered it. Eventually, they gave me my order, but instead of the popcorn chicken, they loaded it with mashies in which I had to remind them that I never wanted and ordered it. It took several minutes for them to remove the visible mashies and give me the popcorn chicken. Unbeknownst to me was that there was mashies hidden under the chips. I thought that KFC was a fast food restaurant. If I'd known how slow they were, I'd have gone to KFC Minto, 5-10 minutes away and then go back to Campbelltown in under the same time it took for them to complete my order. Pick up your game KFC.

I recently visited KFC and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken was dry and tasteless, and the fries were stale and cold. The coleslaw was watery and lacked any real flavor. I was really looking forward to my meal, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here, as the food was simply not up to par

Line for drive thru was long, so I decided to go inside and order. What a mistake that was. 2 people before me, should be quick. Nope, orders after me were getting delivered first. Order was made wrong, watched drive thru get cleared. Obviously drive thru is prioritised. Maybe more staff could help the counter staff get orders out because it happens even when I decide to dine in as well. Service is super slow and unorganised.

This is the most dirtiest kfc I've been to. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for 3 hot and crispy pieces we had to watch them much around out the back and then watch the ones out the front twiddling their thumbs not knowing what their doing. Will never go back. Not the only ones waiting either, there were others waiting as well.

Boys on front counter don’t have a clue about anything. Went through 3 boys and then finally a manager to actually get my order in. I get that front counter kids are usually the newer ones but one of the boys got so frustrated that he didn’t understand my order, that he threw a little fit. Like come on, do kids these days just not know common courtesy. Or how to greet someone. It’s ridiculous.edit: just got home and no nuggets.

Food good but service is unfair. Drove in and car who came in behind me got served first as one camera is down. I complained and returned a couple of weeks later and same thing happened but as i remembered i informed the staff to serve the car who was here first and repeated to fix the camera as unfarir

One the better experiences iv had at KFC in a very long time. Food was surprisingly good, chips slightly undercooked but I think that's KFC in general. I would order again here. Hopefully they are consistent.

I wasn't happy with my meal I ordered wicked wings and boneless chicken. The chicken was raw and it was heavily battered and it made the boneless chicken look big but it was tiny. The wicked wing was okay some were crispy and some were not.I will definitely be complaining through the KFC website directly.

Order delivery, half the food was missing. Phone number on app, website & google all the same, but not working. Had to drive 15 mins to store to have uninterest staff barely acknowledge our existence. Had food remade with so much as an apology or compensation.
