Very professional & easy to deal with. James has been the best property manager I've dealt with over many years of being a landlord. He came highly recommended by a fellow property investor and I could not recommend him & Holland Price highly enough. He regularly checks in with you which is a point of difference to other managers. Very professional and a great communicator.

Professional, Reasonable, Reliable! I have been with Holland price, specifically Carl and James for the past 12 months. They have been nothing but professional in there approach and attention to detail. I work as a paramedic in Victoria so shift work makes somethings hard like regular inspections and general communication. I trust these guys 100% to be at the property when im not home with the knowledge they have the best intentions for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. With the market like it is atm, i know im in safe hands.

Excellent Property Managers. I recently moved two investment properties to the team at Holland Price after being dissatisfied with my previous property managers.Holland Price have been fantastic in sourcing quality tenants, maintaining great communication with tenants and me as the property owner and managing various maintenance needs. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable and they don't charge excessively for things that don't cost them time or money to do (like re-signing a lease with a current tenant).

Super supportive and efficient agent. As a tenant, I couldn't have asked for more from an agent. I have at times had maintenance issues (at non-ideal times) and Carl or James have been attentive and responsive immediately with all due professionalism.I am still a tenant and I feel confident in the support they provide.

WHAT A TEAM! James and Carl have been exceptional during the leasing process. It was a first time experience leasing a property and they guided me through what needed to take place and were super transparent. Not only do I feel confident that my property is looked after, but there attentiveness to the tenants and timeliness of there communication makes me feel like we aren’t just numbers but people they want to take care of!

Carl was my real estate agent and I found him to be extremely unprofessional at his job. As I was a young tenant I felt as though he did not take myself and my fellow housemates seriously.There was one instance where the keys Carl got cut for us were cut wrong so not all the keys worked. We let the agency known of this and we were told it would be sorted. Cut to a week later,  I'm returning from a weekend away back to the house and I realise my housemate who has the only key that works, is not home. I contact Carl to let him know that I still have not been given a key that works and hence, I'll be home soon with no way of getting into the house. Carl responds that it is Easter Monday and nothing he can do. This time I call his to re-explain that I have no way of accessing the inside of the house without his help and that I need to get a key otherwise I'll be sleeping on the street tonight as I had nowhere else to stay. Carl says he will ask his colleague if anyone is around to help and hangs up. I receive a text from Carl shortly after that no one is around to help. I try calling Carl again, I text him again and again, and he does not respond. To this day he has not responded to my texts. Luckily that night my housemate managed to get a hold of the owner who nicely helped us out with his personal key to the property. If it was not for the owner, I would have slept on the street that night or had to fund a hotel room for myself.I did some research on real estate agents due diligence towards their tenants and found out that it does not matter if it is a public holiday or not, they have the responsibility to ensure all of their tenants have access to their home that they are renting.

James and Carl made the process of renting out our house very easy. They were highly communicative, patient and professional every step of the way. They took excellent photos of our house and put together a great listing. Would recommend them to friends and family.
