Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with. We replaced all of the windows and doors in our 36 year old home and are thrilled with the result.We were kept informed of the schedule at all times and Harvey and his team worked long hours to ensure our windows were finished to a very high standard. Having workmen in your home for a week was made so much easier by their polite easy nature.I have no hesitation in recommending Architech windows to all of my friends.

I would rate this company 100%.Excellent discussion and communication. Professional, hard working, attention to detail, respect for my home (drop sheets, shoes removed, clean up inside and out). All rubbish removed too. 100% improvement on e-glass (worst home improvement), hence windows replaced with double glazing (no problems). I can't fault Jason, Harvey and Joe (Karen in the office too) and I can't say that about other tradies who have done work at my place. Thank you Architech Windows for a fabulous job.

Architect Windows replaced all the windows in our 1975 home. We are delighted with the new look of our double glazed windows and sliding door. Thanks to Karin who organised everything & to Jason who was a pleasure to deal with. Harvey & John did all the work & coped with our walls not being quite vertical & some window sills not horizontal.We cannot recommend Architect Windows highly enough. Reliable firm with hardworking & courteous staff. Price was very competitive.

Just had all the windows (except the bathroom windows) in our 60 year old house replaced by Architech Windows, including the front door sidelight in fancy cathedral glass (but still double glazed) and the french doors to the deck with the fake wood look. It has been less than a week, so cannot fully judge the thermal benefit yet, but have definitely already noticed improved sound insulation.I would like to thank Karen, Jason and the two Francis' for the fantastic job they did. I found the company really easy and helpful to deal with (especially the in-person and email communications), including giving honest advice that our selected window type (sliding) would not have the same thermal performance as tilt and turn. We still went with the sliding windows, but it was great to know the possible issues upfront so we could make a fully informed decision.The quote was really easy to read and was such good value for the services provided. My partner particularly liked the itemised quote, which set out each window's specifications and cost separately.The production time for the windows was very close to the estimated time when we accepted the quote and then installation happened very soon after and only took 3 days. The installers were flexible to accommodate my request about which windows were to be installed first and they were really great at tidying everything up at the end of each day/the completed job. The windows look amazing and my partner and I have not yet gotten sick of commenting how great they look every day.They let us know upfront that painting of the architraves wasn't included in the quote/job, which was totally fine, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover how little painting is required externally (it's almost entirely uPVC externally, except between our two big lounge windows). The wood used for the internal architraves has a white base coat on it already, so whilst it does need painting, it's not something we feel rushed to do because it's currently good enough.The age of the house meant there was some plaster tear when removing some of the old windows, but the installers patched those up and brought them to my attention, so I have no issues with that (it's a common side effect of this type of work).All in all, I would highly recommend Architech Windows for new double glazed windows!

We would highly recommend Architech Windows ... from our first contact with Jason everything was highly professional. Jason gave us some great suggestions and after the two large double glazed sliding doors were installed we were not disappointed. The quality of the doors was first class. Darren was our installer and he was also very competent, courteous and the doors worked beautifully.Jason and Karen kept us fully informed along the process and for that we were most appreciative. If you are after a company that is both professional, competitive and deliver on time, then you should consider Architech Windows.

Architech Windows installed two new windows when we had our kitchen renovated two years ago. We were very pleased with the work, and with our whole experience dealing with Jason and his team, who were very helpful and easy the deal with from start to finish. We had no hesitation engaging Architech again to replace several windows and two sliding doors, and were pleased that Darren was doling the further installations as he did such a great job last time. We got our windows a few years ago now, but I'm moved to write now because I've just had Jason over to make a minor adjustment and both impressed by his responsiveness and it's had be reflecting on the value of the windows and doors we've gotten. Ours are the tilt and turn, white PVC frames.Since installation we've had multiple tradesmen in and out for other renovations and all have commented on the look and quality of the windows and doors. They've kept us comfortable and saved us money to a level we hadn't expected.And a big bonus that we hadn't even considered is the sound insulation. We live on a hill not far from a very busy road, and when we shut the windows we simply can't hear the traffic. I'd very much recommend these folks for double-glazed windows and doors.

Updated review after 5 years of having Windows. Still look amazing, good sound proofing and great with controlling the temperature of the house. I have found to keep the windows super clean it is better to use rain water. Hope this honest review helps someone.
