Jim is a very genuine, caring and friendly therapist. He has been treating me for tennis elbow and general muscle tightness. After treatment, l can move a lot more freely and without restriction and my body feels amazing. He has also prescribed exercises so l can self manage any discomfort and I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. You are in great hands when you seek treatment from Jim.

Jim has been brilliant in the build up to my marathon. I first visited him about 3 months ago and my legs were in a pretty bad way. His sessions were excellent and he really understood where the issues were coming, which allowed me to avoid and form of injury. Jim gave me great advice around home rehab and how to look after my body using the ball and form roller. Highly recommend!

I first met Jim after I had severely injured my calf and couldn't run. This was after 6 months of training and 5 weeks before my next marathon..Jim quickly identified the problem and through fortnightly massages Jim miraculously fixed my calf in time for the marathon. Thanks to Jim I was able to run the entire 42.2km!Jim's determination to fix my calf and get me to the start line was inspirational.
