I have been going to Wellington point FP for more than 20 years. Staff and doctors are welcoming and polite. The receptionists, Susan and Anne always greet you with a beautiful smile. Dr Sarath is the best and he not only treats you, his kindness and understanding words heals the patients.

Walking into MyHealth you are greeted by a professional and customer oriented reception staff whose friendly demeanor relaxes everyone in the space.The same could be said for their courteous telephone manner.The doctors here always come to the reception area and personally welcome you into their office. They greet you with the same warmth and genuine care that you may only expect from close family.From there they take a very personal interest in any health concerns that you have and only after understanding your individual situation fully, do they make recommendations to you.My personal experience at this practice has been nothing but amazing. My telephone consult with Dr Grace Low was excellent. I require a monthly consult for repeat prescriptions, face to face consults are only necessary on a quarterly basis unless I have any health changes. I appreciate phone consults. Today, although I required more time than usual to discuss a health concern, Dr Grace Low was attentive, patient and knowledgable and she provided me with details and information that I found extremely helpful.I highly recommend the various doctors I’ve consulted with over the past 5 years at My Health Wellington Point as well as the valued onsite nurses and the helpful reception staff who go out of their way to assist wherever possible.

Friendly family environment, Doctors have always been wonderful i know myself i have been to this surgery for more than 15years now and i still come back as i know I'm going to see great Doctors, friendly receptionists, and nurses, and never have to wait long periods of time.Thanks for always being there when needed. Amazing medical centre, clean, inviting always willing to help and accomodate you as much as possible. Reception ladies are absolutely lovely, super efficient, caring and patient with everyone that walks in.The Drs. Are above and beyond great no matter who sees you and the nurses are the best! The Doctors and staff at My Health Wellington Point are always friendly, happy and extremely helpful. Any time you go there you always feel that your health and well-being are a top priority for all staff. The doctors are compassionate and receptionists always caring. The nurses are little rays of sunshine. Wait times are usually fairly reasonable for a doctors surgery and I am usually seen with 15 to 30 mins of arrival. I have recommended them to a number of friends and family and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I always have excellent experience in Myhealth Wellington Point Family Practice with Dr Sarath. He is our Doctor for many years. We are so happy because he knows our problems and knows what to do in any situation. We highly recommend Dr Sarath and will go to another Doctor or medical center. Went for a driver's licence check today: apparently I've been going to this practice for over 22 years!Really cannot fault them. Dr Sarath is my favourite, however I've never been dissatisfied with the other doctors I have seen.
