Recently attended a wedding with these caterers. Food was unfortunately bland and cold. Not just one dish but entire selection. Was quite disappointed. Had completely run out of one dish so missed out. Mixed vegetables were sloppy and felt to have been microwaved. Meats were running low then only topped up rather than completely rotated. It seems as though they couldn't keep up with the demand.
