2 the lady's there were so helpful especially 1 off them then I'm pretty sure it was a young female manager that came along like a know it all an just crushed was so rude, Il go somewhere else in future

Great service, they will happily return or swap the dog food if your dog doesn't like it or couldn't eat it.

Great range of products in a clean store. Click and collect available making it easy to come in and pick up items. Fish are well cared for and hardy, living for months. Many dog food options including kibble and raw. Many flea and worm treatment options for dogs and cats. Well behaved Pets welcomed on a lead in store which has a water bowl and digital scales so you can keep an eye on your pets weight easily.

Staff member was knowledgeable and helpful also a great range of City Farmers Home brand dog foods

Petbarn Kelmscott is my now go to store, they have all the products you need, great sales and discounts. Your Staff Member Sabastian was so helpful to me on Thursday 29 June 2023, Sabastian was so nice, and he actually spent the time with me, he helped me with all my products, and the products he helped me with, I purchased, The times are changing on customer service, and this store is fantastic, as it still provides you with good old real customer service, that we have always had. Sabastian would have to be one of the nicest helpful sales person I have met, you have a great worker in your store, those type of workers are hard to find, and I hope he gets to see this review, as he deserves the recognition. i was even helped to the car with all my products, I drove away happy. Great store lots of stock for all your animal needs sadly staff have obviously never heard of customer service. Tried to get assistance from one lady and she looked at me blankly and walked away without even saying boo.Please train your staff!!!!

Always have friendly staff. Never have a problem finding what I need. Plenty of parking is a bonus.

Very expensive prices on all stock absolute rip off, customer service is horrible be wise and don't shop at PetBarn or City Farmers for your pet needs.

We collected our online order from this store. The lady who served was great unfortunately we didn't catch her name (andre) I think. She gaves us a new puppy pack for free which was great. The reason for the negative two star review was due to a blonde lady with tattoos who works there. She made a comment to the lady serving us about the puppy bags as your the one who keeps giving them away
