Morayfield Mower Centre

I own a lawn mowing and gardening business and have been frequenting Morayfield Mower Centre for a number of years now. There are many other similar businesses closer to home but I always go the extra distance because I know I can rely on their quality products and friendly, outstanding service.

Absolutely fantastic service. Found me some non standard parts to fix my lawnmower. Recommend them any time

Great customer service. Good mechanical service knowledge.. the only pit fall was it was very busy so it took 17 days to get a carby clean ,and service. Price cost was reasonable for the good job. I will be back

That's it, we're done mate.For 2 decades I've supported this business rather than go to Bunnings or buy online, ignoring their miserable staff and outdated inventory control. I worked all this week only to find them inexplicably CLOSED on Saturday morning, their busiest time to serve customers! Since the change of hands, the spare-part buying customers seem more like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. To vindicate this, my previous visit for carburettor parts was met with advice along the lines of 'don't waste your money repairing something so old, buy a new one'... rest my case. Internet ordering from now on.

Have been taking our mower and whipper snipper to Morayfield Mower Centre for quite awhile and normally we have no issues. However after dealing with a new female employee who charged us a fixed amount for a standard service to our whipper snipper and stating that there was no other money owed, to our surprise upon picking the WS up the manager insisted that we owed a further $79 before we could collect.The money was paid and the manager was notified that we would be back with receipts to prove that we had been double charged, despite providing the receipts and proving we were charged twice the manager claimed the mistake was somehow still ours and that we would not be refunded our money.It’s unfortunate that things turned out the way they did because up until this point Morayfield Mower Centre has been providing us with decent service.At the end of the day that $79 cost the owner a regular customer who had been taking their mower and whipper snipper to there business for six years, it’s sad but hopefully they can learn to treat their customers better in the future.Good luck.(Replying to the below comment from MMC)Unfortunately it is you who are mistaken, and did indeed overcharge our account, you and your poorly run shop are untrustworthy and greedy, CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Was warned not to take ride on here for a service by a couple of people and should have listened. Never again.

Great little store. Top customer service. Tony was very helpful and friendly. Only place to go for garden power tools.

Avoid this mob.Mower came back with a fuel leak it didn't have when it went in.Person on the phone wanted me to drive to their store then fit a new fuel filter. Also gave me the wrong email to send a complaint to.Happy to take the $400+ dollars but no desire to fix it themselves... Not my problem !You are still missing the point.The part was faulty but you aren't prepared to go out of your way at all.We'll fix it on Wednesday when we are in the area...rather than, I'll drop in after work today and fix it for you.Clearly customer satisfaction is not a high priority.

Purchased a Masport mower in March. Told after 5-10 hours to return for free oil change and check over, the mower has probably done 7 or 8 hours. Called today to be told that it should've been done after 5 hours and it would now cost $88, or there abouts, not sure cause I stopped listening...I've no problem paying, however I do have a problem with being told one thing and then experiencing something completely different. I'll service it myself.I'm now wondering how I'll go if I have a warranty claim in the future.The 3 stars are for the mower, not the service.
