He was friendly, courteous and very helpful, explaining all about out ball weight and vehicle weight. he printed out a comprehensive report on the spot. Would recommend him to anyone. He spent a solid 2 hours with us and his explanations on why and what for were excellent. Gave us the confidence to safely tow our van with the right information. Don't listen to your know it all mate, get an expert with the right equipment to give you the information you need.
