Amazing customer service! I called up in a cake crisis looking for edible images to be printed. Wendy went above and beyond and got it sorted for me. The whole process and picking up was under an hour. Absolute life saver!

Attended a cake decorating class here, and it was wonderful! The instructor was lovely, very helpful and laid back, everything was provided and we ended up with a spectacular cake each! I'd definitely do another class here.

Great selection and customer service however I am always so disappointed that they are so environmentally unaware. Packing foam which is non recyclable is always in over abundance. Surely this awful stuff can be avoided and a more sustainable packing material could be used. Soft plastic bubbles can be red cycled in most supermarkets now. Even this would be better. Paper would be best.
