After having bought some of their projectiles in the pre-paid 5kg post bags & being impressed with their overall quality I enquired about the availablity of a different size projectile in the same sized post bags, I was informed that yes they could do this & provided a price. After some consultation with shooting buddies we elected to KISS & continue with our previous choices, after placing the order Michael the owner rang me to double check what I actually wanted after our earlier conversation, once confirmed he said he'd put in a few of the heavier projectiles as a sample. The order was prepared & despatched the same day. All in all an excellent example of customer service with a good product fairly priced.
