No working rest room and staff won’t let customers use the staff toilets even though I’m broken down here. No such thing as customer service here!

Spent $144 in fuel and was denied use of the toilet. We were told it's out of order" . I presume the attendant had use of a toilet so what they really mean is " we have no toilet for our customers. " I assume they have no regard for their customers convenience and comfort. I will avoid every OTR from now on. They really provide terrible service and don't care about their customers. A dreadful place!"

Can not shop there as staff wont let u in after 11 even if your a local who is there every day just lost a 100 food sale and rest of my business
