Reece was very accommodating to fit us in quickly. The problem in our sewer was extensive and Reece contacted Unity Water to investigate. He followed up with us on several occasions to see if Unity Water had arrived and then dropping by to check on their progress. Rang RJT at 10:00am with a low water pressure issue. Reece was at my place just over 2 hours later. Investigated and when couldn't find the obvious issue, instead of walking away, he investigated further to unearth a faulty valve that had been incorrectly buried direct in the ground and replaced in no time flat. Absolute legend, great man to chat with and very professional. Don't look past RJT and the team for a no BS or hidden cost plumbing solution.Thanks mate
