Saw Hayley on friday for the first and its always nerve racking going to a new hairdresser but I had nothing to be nervous about. Hayley listened to me and did exactly what I asked for and with her recommendation and advice to help me transition to grey I am now on my way . Lovely cut and blow dry too. It was also so nice sitting in a salon and not having all the noise from all the other customers. Thanks Hayley. Highly recommend.

Hayley is an absolute miracle worker with blonde hair. When I started seeing her my hair was a dry, over processed brassy mess, she achieved the blonde I’ve been aiming for and my hair is in amazing condition compared to what it was. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair now !

I have done Bhave treatment almost 2 weeks ago, purchased the set of bhave aftercare products. Result was very disappointing as this product doesn’t work on my hair texture. My hair is still fluffy and not smooth at all.I have messaged Hayley and attached some pictures of my hair twice , then she stated that the product did what supposed to do and that I have messed up my hair for the photos. Very disappointed.

Hayley was great in working with my new style requests and what she thought would work for my hair type. I am happy with my cut and think Hayley did a great job with my hair.The reason I gave two less stars is for professionalism and cleanliness.I arrived for my appointment at 9am and noone was there to greet me. I tried calling and got no answer so went home. Text messages were exchanged with an apology and I agreed to give a second chance but I don't find this form of communication to be professional. Also, I have lots of commitments so rely on my appointments to be on time. I was also told I would recieve a free blow-dry but after returning home I realised that this was not honored.I did not find the Salon to be very clean, hair from the previous client was on the chair and floor as well as general cleanliness was lacking.As mentioned above I am happy with my haircut, I just think that professionalism and cleanliness should be improved. The team is lovely though and I would recommend them for a haircut.
