The right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing.Using juniors, being sat in a chair and left with wet hair because a senior hairdresser interrupted the junior to go and take payment from her customer as if she’s too important to take her customers payment, then having three juniors participate in washing my hair. But then get interrupted and not able to dry my hair in this space of time, my hair could have been dry twice over in the space of time I left the basin and was sitting in the chair with two girls just standing next to me.Next appointment was booked when paying.My hair colour was not the right shade either this would have been evident if my hair had been dried.When arriving for my next appointment I was greeted by the receptionist who was smirking, then told the appointment was booked for the day before! yes a text was sent to remind me but my calendar is how my appointments are booked not the notification from a text so I assumed it was booked correctly on the date I had entered it into my calendar according to my calendar entry. If the appointment was the day before why no courtesy phone call to advise me i could have arrived a little late. My appointment wasn’t made for the date the notification was sent it was made for the date entered into my calendar.Two unprofessional experiences without any apology, very poor attitude, poor customer service or consideration. I had to ask if I could be seen today it wasn’t offered either so I went elsewhere.Business must be booming, but bad impressions stick. Some respect and consideration for a regular local was not forthcoming.Needless to say I won’t be back.There’s nothing friendly or professional about the experiences I’ve had at this hairdressers so I can’t recommend it at all.

Highly recommend! In Melbourne or on the Peninsula, and having tried more than 5 before Coco's (many priced much higher with lessor quality results), I can say that this is one of the BEST SALONS I've ever been too, especially because of the excellent service by Ruby. The work she has done on my hair color and cut has been some of the best I've had anywhere (I've lived in USA, Qatar and now, Australia, so I've tried been to lots of salons). The overall service and value at Coco's is fantastic, and it's the best in Mt. Eliza for not only service and quality but overall value.

Booked in for a wash & blow dry. I was told only the apprentice ScoMo was available, this didn't concern me, but it should have. The apprentice didn't seem like he knew what he was doing but kept assuring me he did and that he would never lie. As I lay back trying to relax Scomo had a hillsong playlist on, I told him it wasn't my vibe but he assured me it was and he had fabulous taste in music. I sat with my eyes closed and he started sniffing my hair after he had washed it, the manager told him this was unacceptable behaviour but he didn't care, he said THIS IS HOW JENNY LIKES IT" I was shocked but thought I might as well sit through this and get my moneys worth out of it. I tried to make conversation with Scomo but found it hard

Very happy with my colourist Sarah! I am the fussiest bottle blonde in the country.Better pricing than my old hairdresser. The owner has a big screen TV and seating at the back of the salon for his clients amusement. He had the tennis on last appointment and offered me an overfilled glass of red wine. Very refreshing approach to the most boring two hours of my month, having my hair coloured. xxxxx

Always an absolute pleasure to visit, customer service is fantastic, care and quality applied from the minute you walk in the door. As a hairdresser and stylist cocos is first rate, as a service business it should write and publish a manual to be shared and used by all.

I look forward to my hair styling at Cocos ... a relaxing friendly visit and I come away feeling refreshed and looking 10 years younger! Thanks Leah!

Everyone says they know how to cut curly hair, but I've tested this with enough hairdressers to know this just isn't true. Nick however has given me the funkiest and easiest to manage curly hair do I've ever had and i absolutley love it. He really gets hair. He now cuts at least 10 of my family and friends and we all sware by him! Thank you Nick you are an absolute gem.
