I engaged Marcus from 4 Concepts to design our Knock down Rebuild in Kaleen. Marcus was great to work with, he was very professional, offering great advice and guidance to achieve our goals. Charlie han & eunjoung koI was introduced to Marcus by my builder. My land is a small block with Taylor. It is an unrealistic structure of land. Marcus was introduced to me while thinking a lot about how to make the most ideal house structure. Marcus made the house ideally in a short time, and the price of the drawing is really reasonable. The process is really fast, so if i builds a house again, I will contact Marcus again, and I want to introduce Marcus to my friends. Thank you very much Marcus.

I'm a builder, & have used Marcus for the 1st time.He designs good plans, is quicker than most others, and at a reasonable price.Also quickly responds to enquiries in a friendly easy to communicate manner.One of the better Architects. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the services provided by Marcus from 4Concepts with our renovation / extension project. He was always prompt to respond to enquiries and provide advice, easy to deal with, and was happy to carry out (many!) incremental updates to the drawings. Marcus also proposed some improvements to the original design which greatly improved the layout of our extension. Great experience all around -- would happily use 4Concepts again.
