Excellent Service! Andrew came to look at my split system that had an unusual problem that no other A/C business was interested in exploring. Even though he couldn't find the root cause, a good clean and inspection everything is running great again. Andrew kept in contact to ensure the problem had not recurred. I've recommended Tailored Air to family and friends.

I can not speak highly enough of the fantastic service provided by Andrew at Tailored Air. Andrew talked me through the process for the repair of my ducted reverse cycle AC. He knew what he was talking about and had my unit running within 24 hours of my initial call. He repaired the inverter at a fraction of the cost of a replacement, which was quoted to me by an electrician. So friendly and helpful; I will recommend him to everyone I know.
