You can tell a lot about a business when things go wrong.Recently bought the range of Meir taps from Hung.Upon installation of some product found one of the boxes were missing parts. It seemed someone had opened them and pilfered some part.When I went back to the shop he did not seem happy and seemed reluctant when the box was swapped over.Fast forward again...when installing another of the Meir products...a trap....found to be missing a rubber seal.Given how Hung made me feel with last visit for there is not going back pleading my case.I genuinely think either Meir production quality control is poor or something is cooking in the back ofMiddleton. Either way check the box has all the parts before you walk away...or you'd be made feel a thief

Decent range but horrible customer service. Just leaving now, the guy was alone when we got there, saw us and didn’t even acknowledge our existance. No prices on most of the stock and spiderwebs over stock.
