Heritage House Pennant Hills Childcare & Early Learning Centre

This beautiful child care centre has helped raise my 2 children with love, care, patience and enthusiasm whilst I've had to work. It has an incredible team of loving educators; the meals are healthy and the outdoor shaded play area is HUGE. my kids have loved coming here and we've always been really happy with the outstanding service and constant communication with the parents.

It’s been 1.5 years with them and we’re really happy with the childcare. The educators are very experienced, loving and caring for the children, and they have my trust. The educators setup a wide variety of learning and sports activities for kids of all age groups. The upkeep of the place is always tidy and clean, and the food options provided are good too.

I was quite anxious about sending my clingy 1 year old to daycare, but thanks to the staff it went much more smoothly than expected and I am incredibly happy that we made this decision. Some days she squeals with delight as we arrive and runs in without looking back. The educators are caring and hardworking, and I know that she is safe and secure and stimulated.

Both of our children started at Heritage House when they were 18 months old and they've always been surrounded by loving and supportive staff.Our boys have learnt many skills thanks to the teachers, and we drop them off every day knowing they are in a safe and stimulating environment.Our younger son is so excited to go to pre-school every day, we've had to start giving bye-bye cuddles before we enter the building, otherwise he just runs off to his friends and teachers.

We unfortunately didn't have a great experience with this centre. Right from enrolment, found the previous Director much more focused on business than the children. My son attended for 4 months in 2021 and we found communication wasn't wonderful - He was generally unhappy there and we had quite a few incidents of conflicting information between staff of what had happened. At one point I was asked to sign incident forms for a fall and injury, but heard 3 different stories of how it occurred. Leadership in the room changed without us knowing, and quite a bit of staff turnover in the room made communication harder. This was all pre the covid challenges.We then kept him home for a number of months during lockdown at HH's request, but when trying to un-enroll (post lockdown) the management/accounts team tried to argue they had done us some kind of favour by waiving gap fees (even though it was at their request he didn't attend) and tried to claw back all of our childcare subsidy for the financial year. I ended up having to call the Dept of Ed and then send them the information on the policy and process to withdraw him correctly. Dealing with accounts was a pretty unpleasant experience.

Our son Maxwell has attended Heritage House since he was six months old.He is now two years old. He has had the best care, learning, and development opportunities since starting.All his Educators have been excellent. The centre manager is always very helpful.We would highly recommend sending your children here if you are looking for high quality care.From Peta & Scott.

Heritage House is always clean and welcoming. The teachers are all wonderfully kind and caring. My children love going to daycare here.

We have been using the service for nearly 7 years and have always been happy with the love and care of the educators. Staff turnover is low and the ladies are lovely. They always have a very multicultural approach and have improved the the food in recent years to be much more healthy. Great facilities.

My son has been at Heritage House since he was 2. He loves it . Lovely educators, good programming, and serving nice, warm and healthy food which I like it as everything is cooked fresh in the centre.Highly recommended!
