I purchased a TCS 300kg platform trolley and I'm more than impressed.I was surprised at how quiet and smooth the wheels are, it's the first trolley I've owned that doesn't shake and vibrate the load while using it.It's also about half the weight of my old steel castor trolley, so I can fold it and take it with me easily after loading.I also liked that I could quickly and easily remove the handle, so it can be used as a flat platform trolley for larger furniture items.Definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a portable and heavy duty load carrying solution.

I was told over the phone by a TCS representative that a particular automatic soap dispenser would work with any hand wash, including thick hand wash, as long as it could be pumped by hand out of its container. I used such hand wash but found that it didn't seem to work very well. Then the unit failed completely, within a month of purchase. I sent it back to them as proof. They refused to refund.MY RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSEInterestingly, in their response. They have not denied that I was given false information about the product over the phone. This is because I WAS GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT OVER THE PHONE. And this is why the product failed, as I relied on this false information when using the product. The only reason my claim for refund failed is because I can not prove what the said over the phone. If the advertisement in Ebay had said the same as what they said over the phone ie that the product would would work with any hand wash, including thick hand wash, as long as it could be pumped by hand out of its container, then my claim would have succeeded on the basis that the product was not fit for purpose ie the product does not match their description of it. Consumer law states the product must be fit for purpose.My Google review is not inconsistent with anything else I have said on this matter. The inconsistency, is what TCS say in writing on their Ebay advertisements and what they say over the phone when trying to sell a product.I don't see why I should pay to repair a product that was damaged because of false information provided by TCS on the correct usage of the product.They falsely say that you can not use an item and then request a refund. Under consumer law, if a product fails shortly after it is purchased then you are entitled to a refund, as long as the user has not misused the product. The only reason they got away with it is because they lied about how to correctly use the product over the phone, so that I was unable to prove they lied about it.

Have been dealing with Tom and his team for like 5 years now. They are one of the best if not the best people. Tom is very knowledgeable and have experience in industry. I have bought the scrubbing machine from them 5 years ago and still working like magic. He has done few demos of carpet machine without obligations and helped me in my business.

Do not buy their scrubber machines or carpet cleaning machines. They are cheap and of very poor quality. I bought both items which broke down within a few months of purchasing. Do not listen to the owner as he is very smooth and full of lies.
