The shop was fairly quiet when we visited around lunchtime. The guy that served us was very helpful and the service we received was great.

Staff lacks knowledge and have the attitude of expertSpent almost 3k and i was given half items then returned back saying this is what happened they first blamed me saying I kept interrupting them on the day and thats why they forgot . Then they blamed their 'partner electrician' and offered me a compensation of $10 of the forgotten item .They are no experts, doesnt know how to upsell or speak to a customer . Selling lights and not asking if you need the specific globe. Which sales person does that Go spend your money elsewhere . Costed another day of electrician which is $300 .

Excellent customer service. We needed a remote control for a fan/light we bought 3 years ago. No problem. They got it in and it was the cheapest price. Very happy with this business and their communication is excellent.

Not good in terms of Product, I bought fan and receiver not working. I change it and still fan motor was not working. They sell faulty products and waste customer time and money
