A great local mower shop selling a great selection of machines. Park out on the street or some limited parking around the back. Excellent service by friendly knowledgeable staff or reasonable priced repairs. Country friendly, country service.

Worst service I have ever had in town. Always try and keep by business local and support the town but they have failed to be able to fix an oil leak in my Honda mower.They had it for 6 weeks and then gave it back untested only to have to take it back due to not running correctly. Only to find once I used it again still having the original problem.Very bad service, high price quotes and not willing to help out

These guys are great, they gave me spares from old engines during covid so I could get my mower going again. Parts were slow to get during covid.

Very average customer service, the staff kept me waiting, were rather blunt and quite condescending when I made enquiries. I walked out without purchasing. I went to other company in Muswellbrook, they do mainly larger equipment but were happy to provide courteous service and ordered what I needed.

My dad bought a mower roughly $8,500 later, we were promised a run over on how it works, a few free things/giveaway for spending so much.None of the above.Was told they'd call us back the next day after me chasing them up to give us a run over on how it works exactly.Still no call.We won't be back. Seems like they sold it now they don't orally care.

Initially I found this company reasonably good to deal with however not any more. I had a ride on mower replaced under an insurance claim several years ago, as I would be moving back to a large property I kept it in storage. Once I got it out of storage I got it serviced, I arranged pickup, delivery and a demostration as I had never used the machine. When I paid for the service I reminded them of all the above however they delivered it while I was out, they did ring but dumped it with the keys in the ignition on the front lawn. ADSOLUTLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!I rang to complain and the owner would not return my call. I now use another firm in Muswellbrook that specialises in large equipment and do on site servicing, do your self a favour ring them.It is hardly surprising that they challanged this, a smart company would learn by their mistakes but they chose to make it worse. I challange this company to produce evidence of these telephone conversations. They plain and simply do not get it, I have brought a push mower for my front elsewhere I am due to buy a blower and my brushcutter is on it way out. They have lost three sales and ongoing service on all my machines. I also have a very long memory and will not forget their behaviour. I live on a reasonablly busy road countless people saw it sitting out there.
