We are so happy with the job Seabreeze Kitchens did for us, over 2 years after and it still puts a smile on our face. So pleased in fact that we asked them to do our bathroom and they have excelled once again. They are true professionals.

A special place that has a genuine focus on customer needs. Anders the designer has been amazing and I can highly recommend his design skills and process, which is very detailed and responsive. Only positive words!!! Thank you Anders and the Seabreeze team.

The showroom staff were good and the end product was satisfactory but overall our experience with Seabreeze Kitchens was very long and disappointing.5 weeks with no kitchen at all and 9 weeks from start to practical completion.No provision was made for the removal of asbestos sheeting from the walls despite having identified the issue 2 months before the project start date and giving me an estimate of the area concerned.With the old kitchen demolished this resulted in an additional 2 week delay.Despite claiming to 'manage trades' on their website, apart from programming, there was little or no supervision of the trades.If there was any oversight they might have seen that the electrician omitted a power point.(Noticed by the carpenter who called the electrician back the following day)With any kind of supervision they would also have seen that the ceiling in way of the fridge/cooker alcove was left open.(Photographed and highlighted by me in an email to the project manager and design partner and made good by the gyprock tradesman following 'a telephone call that morning')A cursory inspection would also have shown that the gaps around the insert in the utility cupboard hardly constitute first class work.(Photographed as left and subsequently made good by me after practical completion)Contract variations should be discussed, priced, agreed, and signed for in advance.(Particularly if charging twice the trade rate)They should not be sent 'out of the blue', retrospectively, as Seabreeze did with us.The Home Owners Warranty Insurance was not taken out until 2 months after the deposit and first progress payment were made. This represented almost half the contract price. The insurance company informed me this left us completely exposed for money paid in the event of an issue.Seabreeze charges a 45% builders margin and it is not unreasonable to expect them to actually do something to earn that fee.

We absolutely love our new kitchen from Seabreeze. Everyone we encountered was a true professional, polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a big and complex job and everything was on time and on budget and every single promise was kept. Seabreeze have their own factory and this makes a huge difference to them being able to control the whole job. Totally happy and highly recommended!

We have recently completed a complex refurbishment including kitchen, bathrooms, utility and bar with Seabreeze. This is our second experience with Seabreeze and we are extremely pleased with the result. The design ideas were helpful and tailored. The quality of the sub contractors is exceptional - they have all worked together before and they communicate!! Of course we considered project managing ourselves - but we were very pleased to pay a bit extra for such a seamless service. As expected on such a complex project we faced minor issues - resolved quickly and pragmatically. Always nice when the Directors of the company take an interest and check-in regularly - provides very high level of confidence.

We have just had a new kitchen installed by the team at Seabreeze. We are absolutely delighted with the result.Anders Lawaetz designed our kitchen working from an initial idea I had. He listened to our needs and prepared a design that so beautifully encompassed everything we spoke of.Throughout the process of installation, all tradesmen were polite, considerate and professional.
