Just fantastic, I had a leak in the pool which was draining fairly quickly, so needed urgent attention and they were happy to squeeze us in within 48hrs whilst others could not. Tested everything and dived in to further test the main drain and finally found the valve leaking...replaced the valve and all was good again! All done within an hour or so, 100% recommended!
