The Doctor saved my life.

We took our son here around 4.45pm last Tuesday afternoon after he hurt his neck in a fall. The main concern at the centre was that we had arrived at closing time. Dr Breathour didn't examine him, said it was just a strain, go home. Fortunately we went to Jindabyne Medical Centre the next day where he was examined. He was diagnosed with a fractured C2, ligament damage to C1-C2 and C2-C3 as well as muscular sprains and bone marrow oedema at Canberra Hospital and discharged from Westmead with no neurological damage. Had we followed Dr Breathour's advice the outcome may have been catastrophic. We have also lodged a formal complaint with the Health Care Complaints Commission.

Doctor Steve is our family doctor, and we also see Dr Lidster sometimes. Both are extremely thorough and I have recommended both multiple times. The reception ladies are exceptional and consistently helpful and friendly. They really go above and beyond with their service.

Felt like doctor didnt want to deal with my problem and just told me to get an MRI and x ray. Went to Jindabyne medical practice and they immediately told me to go to the hospital because my knee was infected. Could have been a lot worse if I didnt get a second diagnosis.
