Office agent made a mistake when submitting a form and didn't verify ID and it had to be redone. They charged us to redo it after wasting close to an hour of our time trying to get out of it.

Love the new owners. Mandy and colleague are always friendly, professional and always serve with a smile. They explore options where viable. If they don’t have the products at the store as it’s a small store, they will always go out of their way to order them in and manage expectation of when to expect the products. I also like their work ethics and thus have gone out of my way to go to their store to support local even when other post offices are more convenient location as nearer to work location. Good on you. Thank you for your service.
