Wow, the customer service that we experienced from Destiny (hope that’s how you spell it) was absolutely sensational. We went in there last Saturday to purchase some gear before we moved to Canada for work. That young lady “loves” customer support. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, absolute pleasure to deal with. I usually hate going to the Forum, but this trip to Kathmandu was almost pleasant. Got some good help from the staff making my purchase and am happy with the result.
