Unacceptably poor service. Travelled here to have a visa photograph taken, and was assured that the photograph that was taken met the requirements for the specific country. However, when I went to use the photograph in the visa application, I found that it doesn't even remotely meet the requirements, being the wrong size overall (too small) and having an incorrect head size. This serious Australia Post service failure has caused me significant disruption, including a delay in lodging my visa application.

Terrible attitude from the member of staff when posting an international parcel. Why ask once i get to the counter have i completed the customs form normally you complete at the counter then we were sent of to complete the form once returned to the queue unfortunately we received the same member of staff then told you have to list everything in the parcel clothes is just not accepted by customs i replied with then i will need 5 customs to complete then. Just seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Poor service. Website for the post office lists a service to get coin change up to $1000. Tried to go and get only $60 of coin change this morning and was met with a rude and short attitude and told this was not possible... Staff didn't seem to know about the service listed on the website. Disappointing!

Had to send some goodies to my dearly beloved who has recently gone to the army. As soon as i walked into the store i was greeted by a young man named Will. Very polite and very quick on service! AusPost Greenway now feels like my second home because of him.

Mismanaged time wasters. No thought put into how to queue people for different services. If you approach the random counter you’re assigned in the queue and are unfortunate enough to go to a counter that doesn’t do what you want you’re turned away. An example of why we need automation. Robots automatically servicing you would be smarter than that.Avoid.

I came back from holidays early to pick up a parcel because it said online that Australia Post in Tuggeranong was open until 1pm on Saturday 30th December, only to find that a small sign on the door to say they are closed.Wasted time is worse than wasted money and you have successfully hit me with both.
