The team here understand what Customer Service is about. First call to Graeme and he stepped me through what I needed to do before he would send someone out. I called back and Jeremy was allocated my job. He called within 5 mins to arrange a time that suited me. He again called 15 mins prior to his arrival. He replaced the Thermostat and sorted another problem . Value for money cost. 6 hours from start to finish to get the Hot water on again. They go over and above.

Can't praise Graham from Best Price Hot Water enough! We had issues with our 5.5yr old system which Rheem tried to decline under warranty. Graham was so incredibly helpful in contacting Rheem & ensuring they overturned their decision to replace my system under warranty. He checked in multiple times over the past 24hrs to ensure things were happening & that we were getting our system back up & running & hot water flowing again!
