This place is honestly the best. Kate is so caring and warm with her treatment. She took a thorough and holistic history before my treatment and I feel like she really listened to me. By the end of the first session I already had relief to my pain. She had such a clear plan for my progress, gave active treatment in the sessions and followed up with me to make sure everything was okay. They also have a great app which demonstrates exercises and can help track your progress. I am so happy I found this clinic!

I joined North Balwyn Physiotherapy a few months ago since giving birth to my first baby. Kate has been amazing and so attentive. I feel I am in the best hands and absolutely love my weekly pilates class. Kate always takes the time to correct me and manage my pain, nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Kate and the team to anyone in need of physio treatment or wanting to join clinical Pilates.

I have had 1 on 1 consultations with Kate and have transitioned to her clinical pilates class. Kate is very thorough and caring in guiding me through a tailor made plan suited for my needs. I find Kate's service to be impeccable, professional and caring. All staff including the receptionist are very warm and friendly. I am happy to have found this clinic and am very satisfied with the treatment being provided.

I have been attending this Clinic for several years. I keep coming back because the service and treatment is spectacular! It REALLY makes a difference! My physiotherapist, Kate, takes note of my changing issues and reforms my treatment to suit my body. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Excellent care and professional services. I been attending for many years for individual physio treatment for shoulder, back, neck, hip and knee issues. I’ve been attending weekly group clinical Pilates sessions which I have found very helpful in maintaining my core strength and muscle tone. Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable.

I am a long term client at this clinic where the staff headed by Sally are professional and friendly.Individual treatment and group therapy( Pilates) continue to be very successful in keeping my back in good working order and building up strength. More recently individual intensive therapy has been very helpful in improving function of a frozen shoulder. Exercises to reinfoce what is acheived in the clinic are encouraged and readily given

I was looking for a Pilates class that was local, small, and with a program specifically designed for me! At North Balwyn Physiotherapy Clinic, I have found just that! Kate and Sally have overseen my Pilates practice for over four years, and I'm feeling the benefits of their professional skill and personal approach. Separate physio appointments to deal with shoulder and back problems have had excellent outcomes, so I thoroughly recommend this clinic.
