I have been going to Star Medispa initially for laser tattoo removal and have had amazing results so far. I have also recently done a couple of facial treatments with Alena, including skin needling and carbon laser and I’m very impressed with the noticeable improvement of my skin. Alena is very thorough and gentle with her treatments and ensures nothing is missed on the areas that are being treated. I highly recommend Star Medispa. The staff are all so lovely, their clinic is beautiful and modern and the treatments are great.

Mr. Li initially contacted me and expressed his intention to provide a refund. He requested my bank details and contact number. However, to my disappointment, he abruptly ceased responding to my emails. It is disheartening to note that Mr. Li, who administered the extremely painful laser session, has now failed to follow through with his promises on three separate occasions. It is evident that he is an untrustworthy individual.In light of these circumstances, I strongly caution against engaging with this establishment. It is imperative for the preservation of your well-being and health that you refrain from visiting this parlor. I implore you to take every measure to avoid this establishment

It has been six months since I started visiting the clinic. I doubted at the beginning because it always was an issue for me to find hands I could trust. The first treatment dispelled all my doubts. Gentle care, attention to details,  professionalism were what I had. Usually, I visit once in 2-3 weeks. Skin looks rejuvenated. Also I really appreciate your advice on home routines that help me maintain results after the treatment. Highly recommend the clinic!

This was my very first time getting Botox as I’m now 30 and wanted just a little bit, but have always been so scared of needles. They made me feel comfortable and explained absolutely everything to make me feel less nervous or scared about the experience. Overall Star Medispa have the most advanced treatment with affordable prices and absolutely amazing customer service.
