I recently purchased a woodfire heater from Barbeques Galore Rockingham, the customer service was outstanding especially from Luke the manager, who helped with refunds, the first time was for stuff I didn't need and then less than two weeks after my purchase the heater went on sale, and again he processed a refund for the difference with no trouble at all.

They refused to accept the word fire place and insisted on the word fire box...They didn't sell any fire grates for a fire place...Luckily I scored a nice one from gum tree.

Was 2 ⭐ 18jan22Spent $2000 on a outdoor setting that looks like someone has leant on the table before it had dried, blotchy in 2 patches and very noticeable.update....21jan22Was offered a $200 cash back or replacement of table. So they have been awarded an extra 2 stars for their professionalism. Now 4 ⭐

Went in to buy a Traeger pellet smoker, I waited while 3 staff members acting disinterested around the register. I got the attention of a younger staff member who couldn’t answer some of my questions about the smoker, he got the senior staff member who couldn’t be stuffed following up and securing the sale. Don’t bother going to Rocko.
