Easy Glide Door Rollers

I wasted three months waiting for them to arrive. They came, fixed one of the pair of patio doors and left, pretty much leaving the same problem, the doors won't shut and heat or AC flies out the door.They made some lame excuse about the frame and then they said they could be back in February!! That would be six months from when they were contacted. Don't waste your time with this lot, find somebody who will turn up in a reasonable time, and finish the job, when they get there. Very poor indeed.

Had a problem door fixed a few months back. A joy to use it again. Good service, punctual, efficient, helpful advice and communication. And a great job. (I delayed review to see how it went for a while. Very happy with the service.)

The communication from Easy Glide Door Rollers was exemplary from comfiming the quotation time , confirming the day before and advising they were 15 minutes away.Their work was then conducted promptly and with huge consideration for my surrounding items of furniture...my door has gone from using both arms to open to gliding open with one finger...I highly recommend this company and commend the owner and staff of fantastic service...would definitely use again if required.

The guys from Easy Glide Door Rollers were absolutely amazing! They came out to assess our sliding doors that were not closing properly. After taking the whole door apart and spending nearly an hour on it they finally concluded that the door would need replacing due to a bent frame. When I tried to pay them, they wouldn't accept any payment as they didn't actually fix the door. It took me quite a while to convince them that they diagnosed the problem and gave me a solution even if they couldn't fix it and eventually accepted 50% of the originally quoted fee to repair the door. It is not often that you come across people that pride themselves in what they do to the extend where if they cannot deliver on what they offer they don't expect any compensation despite having put in a lot of effort to try and get a good result.I can highly recommend them for their thorough assessment of our doors and their integrity and professionalism.

I can't speak highly enough of Addison from EasyGlide. He arrived on time, was polite and professional at all times and was extremely helpful. He did an excellent job of repairing our pocket sliding door which had been in a sorry state. It now works perfectly. I have had door repairs carried out by this company in the past and have always been very happy with the work they've done, their charges and their outstanding customer service. Excellent service by an impressive, professional company. From first contact right though to the inspection and quote to the professionals who repaired the doors - everything was A1. We are very pleased with the work we had done on our glass sliding doors, sliding flyscreens and windows which were 27 years old.They are all just like new and so easy to slide.The work was done in a professional manner and all cleaned up before leaving.I would recommend to anyone if needing new rollers On windows & doors Addison and his team are the ones to get.
