Lyn was really good and nice and help me a lot!

I did teeth wash a few month ago at Bupa Chatswood. The doctor did not care about my feeling at all. When I said please don‘t wash it too hard，it was too painful. However doctor just ignored my feeling for several times and kept washing my teeth very hardly.Also when I requested the x-ray record from them, them never get back to me.Another reason I won’t come back to Bupa Chatswood is I bought Bupa private insurance but Bupa dental still gonna charge me the expansive rate for the tooth gap filling replacement.

I transfer from hcf to bupa last month. Lyn helps me to choose the right cover. She is one of the best sales consultant and could not happier with all the help she has given me.

NINA (Chinese girl) was a very kind and friendly staff helped me changing my insurance cover. Very professional with extensive knowledge. Not too much, just right amount of information with very clear explanation. I received warm, thoughtful hospitality from her. Without her, I was feeling hopeless understanding insurance policies. Thank you so much, NINA!!

I had a terrible experience when I walked into the chatswood store and asked for assistance on my corporate cover. This Chinese short hair lady who was so rude and unprofessional clearly not interested doing any business with us. Without ask us and understand our situation, she just said Bupa is the most expensive , not worth to transfer. When i asked for a quote and clarification on different packages, she just says checked it online yourself. What's the point of having a sales person in store who just tell you do it yourself online. In addition, she has also given incorrect pricincing and I couldn't bother to argue with her as she shows no respect to us. I do not get any value from today's interaction and I would strongly avoid this in the future. I suggest the store manager should do some customer service training with the team.

I had the worst experience with HCF. However, Bupa changed my mind that there is a private health fund doing so well to offer tailored products to clients in need. I don’t need to worry about any transparency issue at Bupa. I was served by Susie who thoroughly explained the top extra boost cover for me. The service I received from Susie was amazing, beyond expectation. She is always very willing to help me every time I walked into Chatswood Bupa. I have never had such a great experience with any other health fund anywhere else. Susie saved me from the mess of my extra cover so I can start afresh and forget about the bad experience with HCF which provides inaccurate and misleading information. Susie is great asset to Bupa and she is the reason I choose Bupa. Highly recommend Susie! Thank you so much! Regards, Steven

don't recommend it, the person who attended us today didn't know what the acronyms my doctor sent were and also didn't bother to know, we had to look on the internet for her and even so she didn't know how to inform about it, when we asked someone else to answer us she said that no one knew about it there. Bad service, I don't recommend it.

My shopping experience in chatswood bupa is excellent. Sales Lyn is very nice, kind and experienced. She provides great service, great information and valuable suggestion. I am highly recommend her.

I went in to change my cover and it was all done in less than 5 minutes. Susie was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained clearly the differences between my current cover and the one I wanted to switch to.

The store manager Dareek (spelling might not right) was very unhelpful, and unprofessional. I went to get insurance for 3 of us. After wasting my 1 hr time he declared he can't help me. How he said was unleasent to me. He mentioned 3 times that he is the store manager. It was really disappoing and I told him about my disappointment. It seemed he doesn't care if customer is unhappy.
