Having been living for 6 years and finally going back home, we wish to thank our property manager Tammy and the staff for all the support given to us.We received a lot of aid from her as she would advise us on any issues. Staff are very prompt and gave sound advice and were very kind to us. They let us know beforehand before any inspection.She also gave us any information required or relay information back to the landlord for further changes to be done into the house.All in all a very well managed company with good staff.With friendliness, helfulness, kindness, attentiveness to their clients, Overall satisfaction is high.Highly recommended.

Tammy Grayson is my Property Manager from Professionals Southport. I can’t say enough good things about Tammy.She is efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice person. Tammy always keeps me updated on all matters concerning my place and acts on things straight away.She always responds to my emails or calls, documents are always sent on time. She is just an amazing Manager. You often read on social media about people making not so kind comments about their Agent or Manager this wouldn’t be the case with Professionals Southport. Everyone at the Southport office from owner Andrew Wright, to the admin staff are easy to deal with .I would recommend Professionals Southport to anyone who is new to being a landlord or someone looking to change agents.

Great Realestate to rent with I rented 2 property’s over 5 years through them and never had a problem nothing was ever a issue. Renee Grayson was my agent for 3 years and when it was time to move and leave them as I brought my own home, she made everything effortless and my moving out so easy…as for my routine inspections she was great and easy to communicate with and always worked around my full time job so I could be there as well. She is just a lovely human. I’d definitely rent with them again and hope I get her as my agent best I’ve ever had.

We have been renting through the Professionals at Southport for four and a half years now. Our property manager Tammy is amazing. Any issues we raise are promptly dealt with promptly, we receive a rent receipt for every payment and regular reminders for things like water bills and inspections. Over all the years we have rented (25+) Tammy would be THE BEST Property Manager we have ever had.

The worst realestate on the Gold Coast!They kept our bond deposit! They accused us of not cleaning the unit. Despite we did our best and paint mess left from the previous tenants.Stay away from these people!

I have had nothing but an easy going relationship with the Senior property Manager Tammy throughout my time here and she is very easy to deal with which is rare to find in this industry.
