TJM Toowoomba

Great work menship and great products and was so easy dealing with the team will be back agian the TJM toowoomba crew are the real deal thanks guys for the installation of my outback bar and 2-way

On the 14th of March 2023 we went into TJM Toowoomba to look at the driving lights and to confirm fitting, date and time for the Rhino roof racks for 2008 VW crafter, was told that all parts are here but the brackets for roof racks are in Sydney that they will be here in a couple of days, and to bring the VW crafter in on the 28th March, which we did, bring the 2008 VW crafter in at 8am to have the Rhino Roof racks fitted including driving lights, got to TJM at Toowoomba on the day only to be told that our vehicle is not booked in and that the parts have not arrived, in the 14 days between when we confirmed to go ahead to the time to have the racks etc fitted was a time span of 14days, in this time NO PHONE CALL TO INFORM US THAT THE PARTS STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED. TJM said that they would follow up regarding the parts and call, again no call by close of trade on the 29th March as to an ETA, 8am on 30th March we received a call to inform that they are unable to source the parts required. Very disappointed with the customer service that's right there was no customer service. Will never recommend TJM Toowoomba.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to Jesse, He went out of his way to fit my husband in for a brake controller, I have never experienced such a professional, happy person that when I rang and voiced my needs, he made us his priority, he got us in the same day and we were able to collect our new caravan by the end of the day. Did ok work- Installed spotties and now left high beam doesn’t work- installed awning and put grinder sparks all down the drivers side of the vehicle, tried to rectify but we all know you can’t fix it in 15 min, like they tried- and then a year or so after I spent over $20k with these guys I asked to buy some Dunlop tyres they had for sale, as they were the same as my trailer needed (the ones that come off a work mate 79 series) and they told me I had to buy the 5 not just 3 cuz “how are we going to sell just 2”?money seems to be the only language with these guysgud luck ppl
